Create a book in Publisher Studio before uploading assets.
1. Production files
PDF interiors, full-wrap print covers and eBook masters. Front and back visual covers may be PDF, JPG or PNG. Maximum 18 MiB per file in this initial intake route. Each new upload creates a preserved version.

2. Visual proof inspection
Pick an uploaded file to preview. PDFs are rendered by your browser's built-in viewer; this step does not certify print bleed, embedded fonts, colour space or PDF/X compliance.
3. Edition acceptance checklist
These checkboxes are human-confirmed and are not automatically verified by the system. Never approve without inspecting the exact files uploaded.
Proof-ready records do not trigger storefront publication, manufacturing or financial charges. Printer-side proof verification is still required.
